Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Houseperson to support our housekeeping team behind the scenes. You will strip and transport linens, deliver supplies, and help maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready environment for every stay.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas to brand standards, performing routine tasks, restocking carts, and assisting Room Attendants as needed. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential, and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.
• Must work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
