Job summary

Concord is seeking a Houseperson at its Austin property to support housekeeping operations. You will strip and transport linens, deliver supplies, and help maintain a clean, safe, guest-ready environment for every stay.

This role collaborates with Room Attendants, restocks closets and carts, and assists with guest requests and setup needs. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, and prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
