Concord is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, guest-ready environment. Duties include cleaning public areas, transporting linen, restocking supplies, and delivering guest requests. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed.

As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helpingmaintaina clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay.

Responsibilities:

• Clean andmaintainpublic areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
• Transport cleanlinento floors and collect soiledlinenfor laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Supportadditionalhousekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintaincleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift.
• Strongtime-managementand organizational skills.
