Job summary

Concord is hiring a Houseperson to support housekeeping teams in delivering guest-ready environments. You will strip and transport linens, deliver supplies, and assist with cleaning and setup across public areas.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and efficiency. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks and setup needs.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed.

As a Houseperson, you play an essential role behind the scenes—supporting the team by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and helpingmaintaina clean, safe, and guest-ready environment for every stay.

Responsibilities:

• Clean andmaintainpublic areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).

• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Supportadditionalhousekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:
