Job summary

Concord is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to guide a dedicated team and ensure clean, comfortable spaces that enhance guest experiences at our Austin-area hotel.

You will lead daily assignments, monitor room readiness, and train staff to uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong leadership.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
