Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and departmental needs.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of guestrooms, hallways, and public areas by vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks, including washing walls and ceilings, moving furniture, and turning mattresses.
• Maintain linen supplies and housekeeping carts, and deliver items to guest rooms as needed.
• Perform duties of a room attendant when required.
• Ensure all tasks are performed following departmental policies and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and carry for extended periods.
• Push up to 75 lbs., lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Visual inspection of linen for rips, tears, and discoloration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is highly desirable.
