LOCATION: This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site collaboration at our Irvine office located at 7700 Irvine Center Dr Suite 450, Irvine, California 92618—easily accessible and conveniently situated for local team engagement and meetings.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Representative, you’ll be the face of Lexitas in the field—providing timely and professional legal support services directly to our clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering and serving subpoenas, scanning and managing sensitive records, and building lasting client relationships. This position demands responsibility, discretion, and independence, all while navigating a diverse and dynamic territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver and serve subpoenas and related documents to various parties.
• Accurately scan and manage medical and legal records using a laptop and portable scanner.
• Maintain knowledge of and navigate assigned and neighboring territories (up to 100-mile radius).
• Travel daily using a personal, insured, and reliable vehicle.
• Provide excellent client support and conduct tasks at external facilities.
• Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality compliance in all handling of records.
• Support other field territories when necessary and assist internal departments with client updates and needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation.
• A strong sense of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and a positive, customer-first attitude in a fast-changing environment.
• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with legal or medical record handling.
• Experience working across multiple functions or geographic regions.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work occasional overtime or travel overnight.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role is not a supervisor position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
