Peachtree Group is opening AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown in Dallas, TX and seeks a dedicated Houseperson to join the opening team. You respond to guest requests and department needs, and help maintain clean, orderly guestrooms and public areas.

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in clean and orderly condition.
• Receive linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintain housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk assigned floors at start and end of shift to collect newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill par stock on each floor pantry.

Job Overview

As Houseperson, you respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Performs any combination of the following tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

• Receives linen supplies from floor shoots.
• Maintains housekeeping carts.
• Removes trash collected by room attendants.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
