Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages and transports linen, ensuring adequate supply for housekeeping and guest needs.
• Performs heavy lifting and moves furniture, equipment, and supplies as required for events, guest requests, or operational needs.
• Responds promptly and courteously to guest services requests, delivering items and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintains organized storage areas and manages supply inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and accessible.
• Supports the housekeeping team by assisting with cleaning public areas, hallways, and common spaces, maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
• Adheres to all safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for self and others.
