By The Sea Resorts is seeking an experienced Houseman to maintain guest rooms and public areas across our Florida properties. You will move furniture, perform minor repairs, and assist housekeeping with cleaning and maintenance tasks, working both independently and as part of a team.

Applicants should lift heavy objects, work quickly, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic carpentry and plumbing knowledge is preferred. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Move furniture and other heavy objects.

By the Sea Resorts is seeking experienced housemen for our portfolio of properties. The Houseman is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas. They perform a variety of tasks, including moving furniture, making minor repairs, and assisting housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks. The Houseman must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to lift and carry heavy objects. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15 per hour
