By The Sea Resorts is seeking experienced housemen for our portfolio of properties. The Houseman will maintain guest rooms and public areas, move furniture, perform minor repairs, and assist housekeepers with cleaning and upkeep.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, work quickly and independently or in a team, and a basic understanding of carpentry and plumbing. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and plumbing (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Move furniture and other heavy objects.
• Make minor repairs to guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Replenish supplies, such as towels and toiletries.
• Remove trash and recyclables.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager.

They perform a variety of tasks, including moving furniture, making minor repairs, and assisting housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks. The Houseman must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to lift and carry heavy objects. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $15 per hour
