Job summary

LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, FL is seeking a reliable Houseman to support the Housekeeping team and ensure guest areas stay clean, organized and well supplied. You will assist with daily cleaning tasks, restock carts, and help maintain hallways and public spaces to create an exceptional guest experience.

We value dependable, energetic team players who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to multitask, work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily cleaning tasks and upkeep of guest areas.

As a Houseman at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, you play an essential role in supporting the Housekeeping team and creating an exceptional guest experience. From assisting with daily cleaning tasks to ensuring supplies and guest areas are maintained, your contributions help keep our operation running efficiently.

We are looking for team members who are dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy staying active and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk and climb steps for up to 7 hours per day
Must be able to bend, stoop and reach above the head
