LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort is seeking a Turndown Attendant in Naples, FL to deliver nightly turndown service, respond to guest requests, and ensure rooms are immaculate and welcoming.

You will join a luxury property in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication, and a guest-focused attitude. Shifts are 3:30–11:00 PM with weekend availability.

Requirements

As a Turndown Attendant, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional turndown service and promptly respond to guest requests, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. You will play an important role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering personalized service with efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and the motivation to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nightly turndown service in guest rooms according to resort standards.
