Job summary

Storey Lake Club in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a full-time Houseman to join the facilities maintenance team. You will perform setup, cleanup, and general housekeeping duties for offices and public spaces, and contribute to maintaining restrooms and common areas on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serves as part of the Facilities Maintenance team, performing setup, cleanup, and general housekeeping duties.
• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
• Performs light and heavy cleaning, including window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays.
• Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serves as part of the Facilities Maintenance team, performing setup, cleanup, and general housekeeping duties
• Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including, but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen, and restroom facilities
