Job summary

Margaritaville Resort Casino in Bossier City, LA is seeking a housekeeping team member to support room attendants, stock carts, and ensure supply readiness. You will help deliver clean linens, manage linens on carts, and assist with daily cleaning tasks across service areas.

The role requires standing, lifting, and a proactive, energetic approach within a fast-paced resort environment. Teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of shift.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues.
• Excel both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves supplies for room attendants and ensures supply carts are stocked.
• Hands out clean linens to room attendants and assists with loading linens on carts.
• Delivers supplies to room attendants during the day as needed.
• Cleans service areas with cleaning agents (e.g., vending machines, ice machines).
• Takes soiled linens to laundry and delivers clean linens to supply room.
• Takes trash to dumpsters as needed.

• Hands out clean linens to all r oom a ttendants and assists with loading linens on supply carts.
• Delivers supplies to r oom a ttendants during the day as needed.
• Using a variety of cleaning agents, cleans all service areas such as vending machines, and ice machines .
• Takes soiled linens out to laundry area and delivers clean linens to supply room.
• Takes all acquired trash out to trash dumpsters as needed.
