Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii seeks a Team Leader to oversee a housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional guest room cleanliness and service standards. The role involves training staff, scheduling daily workloads, and inspecting rooms to uphold luxury service levels.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, monitoring progress, releasing checkout rooms, and maintaining supplies on guest floors while ensuring the team delivers the Four Seasons standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; working knowledge of mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants in a defined area.
• Trains and coaches staff.
• Schedules daily work and collects status sheets.
• Monitors daily progress of Room Attendants.
• Inspects rooms to ensure standards are met and corrects deficiencies when needed.
• Coordinates work orders in the assigned section and follows up.
• Releases checkout rooms to be sold and monitors House Attendants' performance.
• Ensures sufficient supplies on guest floors and checks cleanliness of corridors and service areas.

TEAM LEADE R

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Team Leader who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Team Leader has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
• Trains and coaches, the staff.
• Schedules work to be done daily, collects room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas.
• Monitors each Room Attendant's daily progress.
• Inspects completed rooms to ensure that all standards have been met .
• When standards have been missed, brings employee back to room to correct the deficiency.
• Coordinates work orders in assigned section .
• Follows up to be sure work is completed.
• Releases checkout rooms to be sold.
• Monitors the performance of House Attendants.
• Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors.
• Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.

WHAT TO BRING

• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
• Housekeeping and leadership experience preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Ability to read, write and speak English, working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
