Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader in Palm Desert to lead housekeeping operations for our villas and ensure every guest encounter is excellent. You will refresh rooms, coordinate cleaning turns, complete checklists, and respond promptly to guest requests while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.

• Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.
• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
• Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.
• Assists all aspects of housekeeping duties as needed.
