The DuPont Country Club is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee the night crew and ensure the highest cleanliness standards across club properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with other departments to maintain room readiness and turnover.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of cleaning experience, strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to work weekends and evenings.

The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team and focus on providing the highest quality of service for our Housekeeping Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the night crew activities of the Housekeeping department. This position is expected to exceed customer expectations of the cleanliness of the club properties and to work closely with other departments to ensure all rooms are set and kept clean up to standards.

• 1-3 years of cleaning experience required
