Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a housekeeping associate to support room attendants and guests across campus facilities. You will assist with heavy items, deliver linens, and help maintain orderly supply closets and public areas.

The role requires basic literacy, ability to speak English, and physical fitness to lift and move items as part of daily duties. Night/weekend shifts may be required to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Some housekeeping experience and ability to speak English.
• Ability to perform duties including lifting up to 75 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 300 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist room attendants with heavy items and deliver linens and supplies.
• Remove dirty linen from carts and transport to laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas; wipe shelves and wax floors.
• Respond to guests' requests for housekeeping supplies promptly.
