Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in institutional maintenance preferred.
• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle.
• Moderate computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator regarding the physical and structural conditions and progress of work.
• Develop, evaluate, and implement maintenance policies and standards.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, and order materials.
• Maintain an operating budget for the maintenance department.
• Coordinate repairs and advise on equipment replacements as needed.
