Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Room Inspector/Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams across our properties. You will set standards, mentor staff, and ensure guest rooms consistently meet quality expectations.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing, with strong communication skills, a pride in their work, and a drive to lead others to success with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor with great care and attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing and able to speak professionally with guests, managers and colleagues.
• Takes pride in work and leads others to success with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to engage actively and contribute to a positive work environment.
