Job summary

Remington Hotels in Marietta, GA is seeking a motivated team member to support daily housekeeping operations. You will prepare staff schedules, inspect guest rooms and public areas, train new associates, and manage lost-and-found records.

You will also handle early make-ups, special requests, VIPs, departure reports, and report safety hazards to ensure a clean, safe guest experience. This role requires teamwork and flexibility for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain proper written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck rooms in your assigned section.
• Write up work orders for repairs and report safety hazards to management immediately.

• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure they are cleaned according to company standards.
• Train and supervise all new associates and provide on-going training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain proper written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck all rooms showing up in your assigned section.
• Write up work orders for all repairs and immediately report any broken door locks or safety hazards to management for immediate attention.
