The Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Attendant is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising and supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. Responsibilities include training and supervising Room Attendants, House Attendants (Housemen), and Laundry Attendants to ensure guestrooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel, company, and brand standards.
This position visually inspects guestrooms and suites for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, proper supplies, and overall readiness. As a working supervisor, this position is also expected to clean guestrooms and assist with housekeeping duties as needed.

The Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Attendant must demonstrate a working knowledge of hotel and brand service standards and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
This position will work closely with the Housekeeping Executive and General Manager when making decisions within the Housekeeping Department, particularly regarding disciplinary matters, staffing concerns, operational changes, and significant purchases.
Additional duties may be assigned based on the operational needs of the hotel.
