Job summary

7Cs Building Maintenance is seeking a hands-on housekeeping supervisor to lead a team at Incline Village, NV. The role focuses on training staff, assigning daily duties, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You will ensure safety compliance, monitor performance with modern tracking systems, and manage supplies while supporting a positive, efficient work environment. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of housekeeping teams and shift planning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and standards.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA guidelines, and protocol adherence.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and distribute duties among team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Administer inspections to meet standards and guidelines.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff effectiveness and performance.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe working environment.
• Track housekeeping performance with tech-based reporting systems.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management.
• Oversee security of housekeeping keys and policy compliance.
