Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor to inspect guest rooms and respond to guest requests, helping deliver outstanding guest service at our California property.

As part of the property team, you will uphold brand standards, train staff, and ensure health and safety compliance while managing daily inspections and supplies, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience a plus.
• Experience working with the Marriott Family of brands a plus.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Guest service
• Cleaning guestrooms and public areas
• Implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department
• Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
• Inspect rooms as assigned daily by the department leader
• Assist in ordering, managing and inventory of supplies throughout the month
• Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met
