Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Houseperson to clean, maintain, and supply materials to assigned hotel areas. This role is suitable for candidates with little to no experience who want to grow within a prestigious AAA Four Diamond resort.

You will help ensure a spotless guest environment, stock linen, deliver supplies, and support team projects, with flexibility to work various shifts and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Past hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas including hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock linen closets with proper inventory.
• Assist with team projects and other duties as assigned.
