Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years hotel/related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and energy.
• Manage lost‑and‑found items, key control, and access to sensitive areas with safety in mind.
• Set and uphold high sanitation and cleanliness standards across facilities and equipment.
