Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA, to lead a busy housekeeping team and ensure spotless guest rooms. You will supervise daily operations, train attendants, and uphold safety and security practices, including key control and area access management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision — inspections, reports, and productivity checks are performed to ensure smooth running and standard adherence.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and positive energy to keep the team motivated and on point.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas while prioritizing safety.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment to ensure guest rooms meet all standards.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
