Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping department, manage labor and costs.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across the hotel.
• Implement the Pledge, Values and culture at all times.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely upkeep.
• Train and coach staff; manage attendance and punctuality.
• Oversee safety compliance and OSHA/ADA adherence.
• Maintain logs, inventories, and reports.
• Handle guest issues professionally and hospitably.
• Oversee Lost and Found; ensure key control.
• Report problems to supervisor promptly and fully.
