Job summary

TownePlace Suites Midland is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas. You will stock supplies, follow cleaning protocols, and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to follow established guidelines, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced hotel setting. Shift variety includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing fields preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older; willing to work varied shifts (evenings/nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking duties on assigned cart.
• Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects as needed; maintain clean, organized spaces.
