Job summary

Homewood Suites - Hamilton is seeking a guest-oriented Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable rooms at our Hamilton, NJ property. You will work as part of a hospitality team to ensure high standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with professionalism. Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Replenish amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
