Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Raleigh Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC. You will supervise housekeeping associates, coordinate with departments, and ensure rooms and public spaces meet our high standards.

The role requires 6+ months in housekeeping, a HS diploma, basic computer skills, and physical stamina for movement and lifting. Flexible availability is needed for shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping associates and daily operations to keep rooms shining and schedules on track.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready without delays.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, quality, and status.
• Coach, support, and recognize team members to maintain morale and standards.
• Assist with schedules, supply forecasting, lost & found, and opening/closing duties.
