Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Bowling Green to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest spaces. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while meeting cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to ensure accommodations are ready for occupancy and guests have a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Possess good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various housekeeping/laundry tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all areas of the hotel to company cleanliness standards.
• Clean baths, kitchens, dining areas, and furniture as specified.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and operate equipment per SOP.
• Notify supervisor of safety concerns and guest issues.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
