Job summary

Hyatt Regency Louisville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and step in when the Housekeeping Manager is away. You’ll drive cleanliness and guest comfort with energy and organizational skill, setting standards across the property.

Responsibilities include supervising room attendants, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring inspections and reports keep operations running smoothly and to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks to ensure smooth running and standards.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training to keep the team motivated and on point.
• Handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas with safety in mind.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across facilities and equipment to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
