Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Housemen, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met.

The role supports QA processes and safety standards, and collaborates with Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing for maximum productivity. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of housekeeping experience and prefer supervisory and hospitality customer service experience.

Qualifications

• One year related housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspect the work of Housekeepers and Houseman to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support QA processes to maintain required cleanliness and quality levels.
• Assist Housekeeping and Resort Leaders with staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
