Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and inspect guest rooms, ensuring comfort, inviting ambiance, and cleanliness. You will train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons, coordinate with engineering for maintenance, and ensure rooms meet established standards.

Responsibilities include inventory assessment, room inspection, and reporting discrepancies; ability to handle 25–80 rooms per day and operate a computer as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams.
• Ability to inspect rooms and public areas to standards.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report room status or discrepancies.
• Monitor stock rooms, carts and inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs.
• Perform Room Attendant/House Person duties as needed.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Assist with cleaning when required.
• Move and operate housekeeping carts and equipment.
