Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality's Home2 Suites by Hilton Nokomis Casey Key is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room operations and support the hotel's housekeeping team. You will lead staff, ensure cleanliness, training, scheduling, and safety compliance while maintaining guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily operations in a dynamic hotel environment with variable hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience is a plus.
• Supervising experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry staff, interview applicants, evaluate employees, coach and counsel, and maintain OSHA safety standards.
• Ensure team uniforms are complete with name tags and perform scheduling and payroll-related tasks for the department.
• Inspect hotel areas daily for cleanliness and security, manage inventories, and participate in monthly P/L reviews.
• Lead departmental meetings, monitor guest satisfaction scores, and uphold budgeted PORs for cost control.
