Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest service goals.

The role involves training, scheduling, and coaching associates, maintaining safety and sustainability practices, and supporting breakfast operations as needed. Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to train staff and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Screen applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Prepare staff schedules to match occupancy and maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor guest service scores and drive improvement actions.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff.
• Occasionally clean rooms or assist with cleaning when needed.
• Address performance or behavior concerns with staff or vendors.
• Supervise laundry staff if applicable.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and OSHA safety practices.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as required.
