Midas Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.

The role involves supervising daily activities, training staff, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills will excel in this busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required, leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards and guest service expectations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and supervising daily housekeeping activities.
• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping associates against standards.
• Create daily room assignments and communicate VIP requests to the team.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing adjustments based on occupancy and business needs.
• Support laundry operations, and monitor productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate room status communication with Front Office.
