Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms per brand standards (beds, linens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, towels).
Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Stock housekeeping carts with supplies, linens, and cleaners.
Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and corridors.
Provide friendly, professional guest assistance and respond to requests promptly.
Report guest concerns to leadership and notify maintenance of issues.
Follow safety policies and hotel procedures; assist with additional duties as needed.
