Midas Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the brand’s high standards. The role drives daily operations, enforces cleanliness, and supports associates’ development in a hands-on environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who coaches staff, manages tasks efficiently, and ensures every guest room and public area reflects quality hospitality. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards and guest service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and supervising daily housekeeping activities.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
• Create daily room assignments and communicate VIP requests to the team.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing based on occupancy.
• Support laundry operations and inventory management.
• Maintain communication with Front Office about room status.
