Job summary

DoubleTree Phoenix Midtown is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations in a busy hotel setting. You will schedule staff, monitor room cleanliness, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, flexible scheduling, and clear communication with guests and team members. Prior hospitality experience and a focus on guest satisfaction and safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a standard office environment and desk-based tasks.
• Can lift/move up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and complete the work distribution report; ensure all sections are covered.
• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness per standards.
• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck rooms in your section.
• Write up work orders for repairs and report safety hazards to management.
