Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and distribute workloads to ensure full coverage.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to meet cleanliness standards.
• Train and supervise new associates; provide ongoing training to existing staff.
• Address early make-ups, special requests, and VIP guests.
• Maintain written records for lost and found items.
• Run departure reports and verify rooms in your section.
• Escalate repairs or safety hazards to management promptly.
