Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a diverse housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards. You will inspect rooms, manage supplies, and coach staff to meet brand expectations while ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory exposure and a strong focus on detail and safety in a hotel setting. Flexibility in shifts and a team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years previous housekeeping experience
• Supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff including Room Attendants, Houseperson, Lobby and Laundry Attendants and provide training and feedback to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards meet hotel requirements.
• Distribute supplies and linens at shift start to control inventory.
• Assign tasks and review special requests to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of back-of-house and storage areas for sanitation and organization.
• Greet guests and associates in a warm, professional manner and respond to requests courteously.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and respond to inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental performance.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed when using equipment and supplies.
• Assist with onboarding and train new hires on duties and responsibilities.
• Open and close housekeeping department, run reports and conduct morning pre-shift meetings.
• Cover shifts as needed to handle staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
