Avid Hotel Murfreesboro by IHG is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a diverse team of housekeepers and ensure efficient, safe operations. You will supervise daily tasks, coach staff, and uphold guest comfort and hotel standards.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage schedules, budget, and safety compliance while maintaining high service levels for guests.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent experience is required.
• One to two years of related experience is expected.
• Supervisory skills are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management and guests; second language may be required.
• Ability to operate a two-way radio, cleaning and general office equipment including a computer is expected.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a diverse team of housekeepers and ensure tasks are completed on time and under budget.
• Provide coaching and development throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Ensure guest and service areas are cleaned and turndown service delivered; monitor hygiene and safety.
• Plan and schedule assignments and manage special requests for guest experience.
• Monitor supplies and expenses to meet or exceed budget goals.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns with prompt courtesy.
