Job summary

The Lindy Renaissance Charleston Hotel, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and ensure spotless guest rooms and public areas. You’ll oversee daily operations, conduct inspections, and support the Housekeeping Manager to maintain service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2-3 years in a hotel setting, and supervisory experience. This full-time on-site role offers competitive benefits and daily-pay options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & security: handle lost-and-found, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
