Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our life plan community in Ohio. You will supervise housekeeping staff, schedule tasks, and ensure cleaning, safety, and resident comfort align with company standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Culinary, Laundry, Maintenance, Therapy, Activities, and Social Services to ensure continuity of care, training staff, and maintaining compliance with quality and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience in housekeeping operations management required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping tasks and assigns staff per procedures.
• Ensures cleaning tasks meet resident and staff needs.
• Coordinates services with Culinary, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, Therapy, Activities and Social Services.
