Responsibilities

• Coordinate with room attendants and supervisors to ensure timely service.
• Report substandard conditions to the Housekeeping department.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising daily housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate with Front Desk regarding room status and guest requests.
• Document and file daily reports of room statuses.
