Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; minimum one year of related experience and/or training; supervision/scheduling experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate staffing schedules for cleaning of offices, public areas, residences, and grounds.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs including annuals, move-ins, and carpet cleaning.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals.
• Assist in training sessions and department meetings for housekeeping personnel.
• Ensure safety standards and MSDS, OSHA, EPA compliance in daily operations.
