Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness and quality standards. You will train, support, and inspect room attendants and housepersons while coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper. The ideal candidate has hotel experience and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team to keep guest rooms and public areas clean and well-maintained.
• Supervise staff, inspect rooms, and manage inventory and supplies.
• Report to the Executive Housekeeper or Director of Rooms.
• Discuss career progression opportunities within hospitality.
